Overview

Cement vertical raw mill is also called raw meal vertical roller mill, and it is the core equipment applied for cement raw meal grinding. Cement vertical raw mill fineness of final product can be adjusted between 80 and 425 meshes and part of then can add up to 1000 meshes of final being equipped particular parts,the machine can produce coarse powders ranging from 30 to 80 meshes. Structure:
1. Composite separator improves the efficiency of the powder.
2. With the function of automatic lifting and falling, can realize no-load starting.
3. Welded type arc plate is used for sealing, it features simple structure, reliable performance, well-sealed structure.
4. By means of the roller swing-out device, the grinding rollers can be turned out of the mill, which is in favor of maintenance.
5. The limit mechanism avoids the fiction and crash of metals between grinding roller and grinding plate, increasing the rotating stability and security.
6. Operating pressure of hydraulic system is low, can reduce the leakage failure and the mill vibration, and is good for operation and management.
7. The centralized circulating oil lubrication is applied to the grinding roller bearings, which ensures the bearing operate at constant temperature and with pure oil, so that longer service life is achieved.

Features

1. High grinding efficiency and low power consumption. This kind of machine consumes 20-30% lower power. And with the growing of moisture content, its energy-saving effect will be more obvious.
2. Strong dry ability. Air is used to send materials, and the temperature of the air can be controlled according to the moisture content of materials.
3. Large feeding size. The feeding size can be as large as 5% of the diameter of the grinding diameter, that is, 40 to 100mm. Therefore, secondary grinding is unnecessary for large-scale and medium vertical mill.
4. Stable chemical composition and even particle size products.
5. Simple process flow and small in size. There is a segregator in the cement vertical raw mill, which makes powder separator and elevator unnecessary. Grinded dusty air can directly enter into the environmental protection equipment.
6. Low noises, few dust, and environment friendly. There is no direct contact between the grinding rollers and grinding disc, so there is no impact sound caused by the colliding between the steel balls or between the steel ball and lining plate.
